The students got their chapter 11 tests back today and were given an opportunity to go over any of the problems that they had questions on. We then proceeded to start the next chapter that deals with the area and volume of solid objects. We went through how to determine the base area, the lateral area, the total area, and the volume of prisms today. We worked with rectangular and triangular prisms in our lesson today, and we will go over more shapes tomorrow. The students then got started on their assignment.
