Honors Geometry; 3/23

We continued our work with concurrent lines today by taking a look at what perpendicular bisectors and altitudes do.  These constructions involved finding the circumcenter and orthocenter, respectively.  Each one of these points have unique characteristics that can be used in other applications.  We also took at look at how these points differ between acute, right, and obtuse triangles.

Assignment:  section 10-3;  page 388-389;  WE  #1-8, 11-14;  page 391;  #1-4
