We went over our Ch. 11 quiz today before starting today's lesson. The lesson focused on how to work with the area and circumference of circle problems. We went over the basics before spending some time working through the problem types involving different shapes that are connected together. We went through a few of these examples before getting started on the assignment. We also went over the difference between an exact answer using pi and and approximate answer using pi.
Assignment: section 11-5; page 448-450; WE 2-30 evens
