We continued reviewing similar triangles and the geometric mean by going over a couple of questions with a warm up problem. After homework corrections were made, we then spent time on the next lesson that involved special right triangles. The 45-45-90 triangle and the 30-60-90 triangle are two right triangles that are used extensively, so we went over the short cut ratios that each one has in order work through problems more quickly. We went through several examples together before getting started with the homework assignment.
