We began the shortest chapter in our book today -- chapter 6. We will complete this chapter before Christmas break. The first topic dealt with inequalities in geometry and introduced the concept of a proof involving inequalities. We went through several examples as a class together before the students worked on their homework assignment during the last part of the period.
