We continued working with multiplying polynomials today by showing how to take a couple of shorts cuts in our work. Multiplying the sum and difference of the same two terms allows a shortcut that we modeled with several problems together. We also showed how to multiply binomial squares using the foil method. The pattern observed when collecting like terms can also be used as a shortcut in doing these problems.
