The lesson today focused on how to work with complex rational expressions. These types of problems involve all four operations at once (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division). In each case, the order of operations must be followed, as well as being careful to obtain the correct common denominator. We went through 3-4 examples together before getting started on the assignment.
