Honors Geometry; 4/26

We continued our study of area today by taking a look at how to determine the area of regular polygons.  We introduced the term "apothem" today in working with these shapes, and used various triangle shortcuts to determine the area formula for regular polygons.  After 3 examples together, the students then got started on their homework.
