We worked on an activity involving polygons and communicating the difference between them today. The desmos activity that we used partnered students with other students in order to send clues to each other in order to determine a particular shape. The goal was to solve the puzzle in the least amount of steps. This gave the students practice using the terms and shapes of the various polygons. The students then got started on their assignment at the end of the period.
