Our new unit on circles started today. The topics today included some basic drawings of figures and vocab words associated with circles. We went over how to draw various scenarios involving common tangents as well. The final aspect of the lesson was a quick review involving how to calculate the radius, diameter, and circumference of circles using a couple of well known equations.
