Our lesson today focused on how to work with vectors. This is largely a physics and engineering topic, yet it has some strong geometry connections. We went over what a vector is and how to determine it from a graph. We also showed how to add and multiply vectors, determine their slope, and determine the magnitude. The students then got started on their assignment towards the end of the period.
